A night to remember in Stockholm…

Part of the WeSC sales meeting tradition is that they invited everyone for a big dinner and they throw a huge party on the last day of the meetings. This party was held in the meat packing district of Stockholm(Can’t remember the name). There is a huge club in the middle of it all. So it starts off with big Greyhound type buses picking us up. They give us beer for the ride. We get there eat and drink…the rest is in the photos…It all ended at Max(a blend of Mcdonalds and Wendys)Here are some highlights of the night…

Tim,Tacos & Puppets…

I chilled with Tim most of the day on Sunday. The plan was to shoot the Trading Post Episode 5. That’s what Tim & I do on our days off, we work on the Trading Post,haha… Anyways, we do our classic morning meetings at Chez Claudette on Laurier. Shoot some footage. Take a break. Head out to the Just For Laughs festival for more b-roll shots. Then we saw the Taco Truck. Ate some taco(Tim wasn’t full still). Watched a puppet show.

*Hint : Trading Post Ep. 5 is about a Puppeteer…

Then we went to eat some more, well I had beer…That’s it. That was our day…

Stockholm Syndrome PT.1

We sometimes get lost within the city we live in. Montreal can do that at times. We get used to the rhythm of the city’s vibe and we sometimes feel the need to get away. Either for a weekend or a month… Just enough so that we get inspired and feel refreshed to come back. Then Montreal sucks you back in, but in a positive way. That’s what this trip to Europe has done for me. I had the chance to travel for work this summer. My first destination was Stockholm, Sweden. I was heading for a WeSC & Gram Shoes sales meeting along with the boys from Tiger Distribution & also my OTH family. I met people from different parts of the world. Inspiring creative minds. It took me some time before posting it. I didn’t want to rush it all. I still wanted to let it all sync in. Now here is one part of the trip,more to come. Thank you Stockholm for the inspiration.
